Report: the US says a robot assault designated its base in Syria

A robot assault hit a compound run by US troops and US-moved Syrian resistance contenders in eastern Syria yesterday, no setbacks were accounted for, the United States military said as revealed by Reuters.

“Activity Inherent Resolve powers, in a joint effort with our Maghaweir Al-Thowra accomplices, answered an assault by different automated elevated frameworks nearby Al-Tanf Garrison,” the US military said in a proclamation.

Maghaweir Al-Thowra is a US-upheld Syrian resistance warrior. The US and alliance troops are based at Al-Tanf to prepare Syrian powers to counter Daesh's aggressors. The US has 900 soldiers in the upper east of Syria and has occasionally done air strikes as a feature of its battle against Daesh.

The assault occurred at the base close to where the lines of Syria, Jordan, and Iraq meet. There was no case of liability regarding the assault.

Significant General John Brennan, the authority of the Combined Joint Task Force, said: “Alliance faculty holds the right to self-preservation, and we will go to fitting lengths to safeguard our powers.”

The assault came hours after Israeli warplanes designated the region around Damascus in the south and the Tartus governorate in the northwest of Syria.
